Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your reservation, please let us know by e-mail. Once you have made a firm booking and paid your deposit, if you want to cancel your course, you must write, in person, to Spanish Intensives, 4 Castle Acre, Monkston, Milton Keynes, MK10 9HS. The cancellation will be deemed effective from the date of receipt of the letter by Spanish Intensives. Our cancellation charges are as follows:
- More than 42 days (six weeks) before the course starts: £100 (deposit).
- Between 41 and 22 days before the start of the course: £100 deposit plus an additional £100 administrative fee.
- Less than 21 days before the course starts: full fee.
Cancellation by Spanish Intensives Ltd
Spanish Intensives reserves the right to cancel a particular course due to circumstances beyond our control. In the unlikely event of a course being cancelled, we will make a full refund of all course fees paid.
Personal comprehensive holiday insurance
You will need to take out travel insurance covering Personal Accident, Emergency Medical and Associated Expenses, Cancellation Charges and Personal Liability. These are available from most travel agents and leading supermarkets.
You are also required to bring a your European Health Insurance Card, available from your post office. The European Health Insurance Card enables you to have medical treatment from the Spanish National Health Service. Please not that the old E111 forms are no longer valid.
Spanish Intensives reserves the right not to accept a student on the course if they cannot give proof of having their European Health Insurance Card and travel insurance on arrival at the course.
Villa Universitaria
As a student with Spanish Intensives, you will be staying at the Villa Universitaria de Alicante. You will be asked to respect the rules of the residence, including those related to health and safety.
